Organizer
This action is organised by The Torrefactory Project SA (hereinafter "the Organiser"), whose registered office is located in Belgium.
Eligibility requirements
This offer is strictly reserved for professionals (B2B) and is subject to the following cumulative conditions:
- To be a company or legal entity with an operating headquarters in Belgium.
- Have a valid and active VAT number (or company number).
- Compter un effectif minimum de 10 collaborateurs actifs au sein de la structure. L'offre est limitée à un seul coffret par numéro de TVA et par adresse postale.
Allocation and validation procedures
Completing the application form does not constitute automatic acceptance of the submission. The validation procedure is as follows:
- The participant fills out the application form on the dedicated page.
- A member of the Organizer's sales team will contact you by telephone within an indicative timeframe of 48 working hours following the request.
- This interview is mandatory and aims to validate the suitability of the application with the eligibility criteria.
- The shipment of the box will only be initiated after explicit confirmation by the sales team during this exchange.
Right to discretion and the fight against abuse
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse to send the gift set without providing a detailed explanation if the eligibility criteria do not appear to be met or if abuse is suspected (e.g., incorrect information, multiple attempts, a request from an individual). The gift set is a promotional tool; it is free, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for any monetary compensation.
Personal data protection (GDPR)
By completing the form, the participant consents to their data being processed by The Torrefactory Project SA for the purposes of managing the campaign and B2B marketing (sending information on products and services, "lead nurturing"). In accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the participant has the right to access, rectify, and delete their data, which they can exercise by contacting the Organizer at hello@torrefactory.coffee.
Duration and modification
The promotion is valid until February 28th inclusive. The Organizer reserves the right to shorten, extend, or cancel this promotion if circumstances require, without incurring any liability.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district where the Organizer's registered office is located shall have jurisdiction.
