Our story
Torrefactory, c'est avant tout l'aventure de passionnés du café, déterminés à rendre un café de qualité accessible à tous, y compris en entreprise.
Très vite, nos premiers clients professionnels nous font confiance, et nous atteignons rapidement plus d'une centaine d'entreprises satisfaites. En 2020, la pandémie stoppe la majorité des activités. Privés de notre clientèle principale, nous avons dû réagir vite et diversifier notre offre avec des formats pour les particuliers, à domicile ou en magasin. Le succès est immédiat !
Aujourd'hui, Torrefactory, c'est plus de 500 entreprises clientes, un webshop, 100 points de vente, et une équipe de 10 personnes.

Torrefactory Creation
Laurent, Florent and Cédric launch Torrefactory, aimed at companies to put an end to bad coffee in the office.
The arrival of the pandemic is forcing us to slow down our activities with businesses...
... But it gives us the opportunity to start two new channels: B2C via a webshop and a retail offer.
The recovery is clearly being felt on all 3 channels, allowing us to move to premises in Mont-Saint-Guibert, in Walloon Brabant, and to hire a technical manager.
A coffee roaster joins us full-time. That same year, we obtain the "Certified Craftsmanship" label, awarded by the FPS Economy.
An intense year: opening of our first two coffee shops, obtaining B Corp certification, presentation of our first Carbon Footprint report...
