At Torrefactory, we firmly believe that the quality of our coffee is inextricably linked to respecting the people who produce, transport, and prepare it. We place human dignity at the heart of our growth model, both within our own offices and throughout our entire value chain, from bean to cup.

In concrete terms, what does this mean? For us, respecting people means guaranteeing a healthy, safe, and stimulating work environment. We have a zero-tolerance policy towards discrimination, forced labor, and child labor. We defend everyone's freedom of expression and association.
We only work with partners and suppliers who share this vision. To ensure this commitment is genuine, we provide internal channels that allow every employee to report a concern confidentially and securely.
This policy is approved by Torrefactory's management and applies to all our activities. Finally, we remain true to our mission as a coffee roaster: Torrefactory does not engage in any lobbying or political influence activities.
